- Combine Rustic RoadsĀ 10,Ā 86, andĀ 115Ā in southeast Wisconsin for a sensational 12.7 mile drive through Wisconsin’sĀ Kettle Moraine State Forest – Southern Unit. While here, feel free to hike on the scenicĀ Ice Age National Scenic Trail.
- Drive through a 300-year-old tunnel of oak trees alongĀ Rustic Road 90.
- If you’re heading north, find your way toĀ Rustic Road 105Ā and ride through the breathtaking Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.Ā This route will take you across theĀ Smith Rapids Covered BridgeĀ over the South Fork of the Flambeau River.
- Travel along the scenic St. Croix River in Western Wisconsin onĀ Rustic Roads 101Ā andĀ 103, and enjoy the dramatic sandstone bluffs and trees towering over the river.
- The longest Rustic Road in the state isĀ road #32.Ā Ride through beautiful hardwood forests and basque in the glory of the Thunder and Peshtigo Rivers.Ā You’ll be traveling through theĀ waterfall capital of Wisconsin.
- Head to Waupaca County, and find three rustic roads grouped together, #’sĀ 57,Ā 23, andĀ 24, which offer you the chance to drive alongside the Crystal River and the area’s beautiful apple orchards.
