The Historic Afton House Inn is located along the Scenic St. Croix River in Afton, MN.
The Inn, built in 1867, is the oldest hotel in Minnesota. The Inn has 24 rooms individually decorated. 4 Rooms on the Historic side of our building overlook the Marina and River. Most rooms include a Jacuzzi for 2, Gas or Electric Fireplaces, and many have a walk-out patio or deck.
Breakfast is included in your room.
The Inn is owned and operated by the Jarvis family, which has been owners since 1976.
Enjoy Fine Dining in the Wheel or Pennington Room or if you’re looking for a more casual atmosphere you can dine at the CURRENT Restaurant and Bar. Love Wine? Try Swirl Wine Bar, where you will enjoy great conversation with owner Dave Jarvis, a certified wine Sommelier. You may even want to join the Wine Club!
