The Heritage Tea Room has distinctly feminine features reminiscent of the dear women in our lives and the legacy they leave us. A vintage tea set is part of my story as well as the previous owner's. Though feminine in features we know many in our heritage with incredible strength of character. With that thought in mind, I began adorning the wall with my mother's wedding portrait which naturally progressed to my own and our daughter's. With it's lovely balcony view, may this room promote your own tender reflections.
Winnie, one of the four Lohman children, said "The house was loved by us all and filled with years of happiness for my parents and us children." Welcome to the master bedroom of the house and a guest favorite. The Rose Room layout configuration has changed featuring spacious and comfy decor, Eastlake queen bed and luxurious linens. As the new owner, my textile choices brought in additional roses to the comforter and curtains. A large spacious private bath features a soaking tub/shower and original stained glass window. This bathroom has had the most extensive updating. An entire wall of original yellow tile has been removed in favor of marble features with updated vanity, sink and shower. Hairdryers are provided in all rooms along with WiFi, AC, Roku streaming, Netflix, TV/DVD, and CD players.
Spacious craftsman home built in 1907. Four guest bedrooms are on the second floor each with a queen size bed and private bathroom, complete with a shower. Abundant gardens and private seating inside and outside the home with a homemade breakfast every morning.
